Which Prospect to Pick Up

Postby BoilerATC » Thu Apr 19, 2007 7:56 pm

Which of these prospects would you pick up if you had an open slot in a keeper league?

Tony Abreu
Dellin Betences
Michael Bourn
Eric Campbell
Adrian Cardenas
Christopher Marrero

If you want to rank these guys I'd appreciate it even more.

Dellin Betances. I see huge things for him in the future.

Anyone else have an opinion and reason? I really thought Campbell would be the choice.

So far everyone but Cardenas has been named once and Betences twice. Somehow Bailey made it into the list also, even though he's already in my minor league system. Thanks for reading the first post.

I went with Bourn because I need some steals and I can stash him for a couple of months and get a special exemption on him. If Rowand is traded he can help me this year. Also picked up Casilla earlier for this same reason. If neither gets 250 AB's I carry them over as minor leaguers and they don't take up a keeper slot. I'm thinking of dropping another major leaguer and adding another guy off of this list. Looks like it will be Betences or Campbell. Can anyone convince me one way or the other?

Another DB supporter
Just traded BButler, BWood & JLoney for Mark Teixeira, Ryan Theriot & Renyel Pinto in a DYNASTY LEAGUE. Big gamble I know!
