I think that they should start the season off (at least for April) on the West coast and the South. This is ridiculous for the players, fans and fantasy rosters!

Well, this sounds about right. Carpenter, Matsui, Howard and now Cabrera. I guess sizemore will get hit by a bus next week. My $1 players are surprisingly healthy of course.

sounds to me like an oblique pull which was lost in translation. that's an injury that will need at least a few games off.

The sky is falling.

The dynasty I'm building with Felix and Miggy is crumbling before me.

Hopefully they're both fine and back out soon.

From Yahoo:
Apr 19 ESPNews reports Florida Marlins 3B Miguel Cabrera (oblique) has left the team's game Thursday, April 19, with a strained left torso.

Don't like the sound of "oblique." Was that the issue Pujols battled LY?
