Devil Rays signed LHP Trever Miller, who had been with the Blue Jays, to a one-year, $650,000 contract.
That's about what Miller wanted from the Blue Jays, but Toronto non-tendered him after he rejected an offer in the $500,000-$550,000 range. Miller may not be an upgrade over Bobby Seay, but that's likely who he will replace in the Tampa Bay bullpen.
