lots and lots of pitchers have had successful TJ surgery. its almost routine and the success rate is so high that it doesnt always kill your draft status. nick adenhart had TJ. he slipped to the 14th round but was persuaded to sign when offered $710,000.

Is anybody capable of such an injury that would require tommy john surgery?

I think the surgery is a myth.
