Depends on how many DL spots you have.

You're right about how many DL slots your league has. Our's has 2 and I currently have them filled with Pedro and Mussina. Keeping him is TRYING with all the injuries this year. Right now I must keep Glaus and Bard active, but I will.

ESPN.com fantasy has him listed as being Out and not on the DL. does anyone know if he is still DL eligble in espn leagues.

Makes sense. It's 2 DL spots but I'd have to drop someone decent to make the pickup -- Weathers or Alou or Maddux. But it seems silly that he wouldn't be owned.

Peter Gammons said yesterday during Baseball Tonight that he is scheduled to be back during late July or August and that his recovery is going great. I have him on a DL spot and my league has three so its no biggie.
