I agree it shouldn't even be a question. Look at all the protection in the lineup for Vic and his potential to get on bag as a decent hitter. If he has the green light like this then its over.

ummm victorino will never be carl crawford because there's no way vic hits 20 hrs ever. and im going to disagree with the victorino over taveras. its actually a bad thing that vic has more protection because that means he has fewer opportunites to run with utley and howard hitting behind him

Taveras is in a pretty stacked lineup as well and this factor hasn't stopped Victorino from stealing bases thus far...

very true, but it also doesnt help that howard is currently hitting under .200 right now. both lineups are very strong, thats why i dont think the argument of "victorino is in a stacked lineup" has much merit.

So should I drop Patterson for Victorino? I could also drop Hennessey who is a speculative pickup for Benitez getting injured
