Upton is the best by a long shot. Lastings Millege is next but as far as a fantasy rec, a lot of his value depends on how risk averse you are. Franklin Morales would be my third choice followed by Volstad and Parmalee. While I like Parmalee a lot and ultimately think he'll be a good major leaguer, he's further away than any of the others above him. Lastly, Morrow.

I'm more high on parmelee then some i think his power cieling is really high and the risk/reward is there.

you could swap milledge and upton, but i do think uptons cieling is higher
