New, Non-keeper, Money, Mixed League (in Mass.)

I'm starting a new non-keeper mixed league for the 2004 season. Entry fee is $200 with all money returned as prize money (except for CBS Sportsline stat fee). I have 11 owners at this time, and would like to get to 14. It's an active group that likes to make deals. The draft is scheduled for Sunday, March 28 in Braintree, MA.
