Not to offend any one here, but I dont think asking date advice from a bunch of fantasy nerds is wise. Including myself as a fantasy nerd of course.

Gainesville. Go downtown to the dance clubs. Check if there is an event on campus you can do. Movies if there is anything good.

If I were to give you advise, take her to the most silliest thing you can think of. Think of the corniest thing to do in your town and take her and show her how stupid and fun you can be. Trust me she will love it.

I would ask a bunch of total strangers with no life sitting in front of a computer. Thats what I would do.
Heck pull up a chair, have her sit down with you here and discuss Jason Frasor and Cole Hamels. I can't think of a better date.

I would be kind of inclined to go silly too, something lighthearted is a good idea. Then again, on my first date w/ MrsAcidRock, she bought me shots of Wild Turkey on my birthday...
