Sort of a weird post, but I am looking for new staff to help with troubled adolescent youth in my central PA group home (all boys). It is a challenging job, but greatly rewarding. I'm in the process of changing the whole philosophy of the program and becoming one of the foremost programs in the state, but need some good staff who are willing to dedicate some time and attention to these guys. I'm looking for both part-timers and full-timers. Staff must be 21 years or older with a valid drivers license. Extensive background checks will be completed for anyone who signs on.
