Who Wins - Minor League Draft vs WW?

In our league, we are doing a MiLB draft along with the MLB one. Since the slow draft went down to the wire, we had to start the MiLB draft once the season started. The rules for the draft are: 1.) Anyone who has Major League ABs or IPs is eligible in the regular draft (including Japanese players) 2.) All those with no MLB experience or who is still a rookie (less than 50 IP or 150 ABs) who was not picked in the MLB draft is available in the MiLB draft.

Well since the season has started, one owned picked up John Danks from the WW several days ago. But just today, one owner posts that his current pick (which he posted today) is Danks.

So what gets the priority here? Does the one owner have to drop Danks, or should the other owner repick?

I think whichever happened first. In this case that would mean the owner that picked Danks off the WW should get him.
