just hit with a 96mph fastball from beckett in the right hand/wrist. dropped to his knees. taken immediately out of the game. that cannot be good.

Just took a 96 MPH off the wrist/hand. He has left the game and can't seem to move his hand at all.

Damn this stinks. I dont' have him on my team but it sucks as a baseball fan.. Those are tough to come back from. He couldn't move his hand?

I'm guessing that is a good thing. Hopefully the contusion will only make him miss a couple games. I don't mind if Big Daddy rests for a week, just be ok.
