Expert League looking for 1 new owner

The SKL is a 5 year old league and a very in-depth format. We have 12 teams with a 100 minor league roster, along with the 40 man MLB roster. We are a contract based league with a salary cap.
We are looking for 1 new owner who is dedicated and can involve time during the off-season (some might say our most important time with resigning, free agency, and the minor league draft) as well as in-season.

As you can see there are major pluses to this roster and some minuses. But the league has yet to go through it's resigning and free agent phases, so this roster is upgradable.

What type of league is it? Roto/H2H??

I apologize, I left out a few important facts.

First, it's a H2H league.
Second, a $10 fee for a stat service is paid by all.

I am also in the league, it is a H2H league
scoring will be done on CBS Sportsline- there is a minimal fee for this service per person, i believe around 10 dollars
also, it will be helpful if you have Excel so that you may view the entire league rosters and free agents.
