Any suggestions for my team??? :o) currently 8/14

Hey Everyone, just after some suggestions for my team. This is my first year with a fantasy team so any help is good help )

The league is a yahoo private, non keeper league, 14 Teams, all leagues, Rotisserie scoring...Stats are...Batting- R, HR, RBI, SB, Avg, OBP, SLG...Pitching- W, SV, K, HLD, ERA, WHIP, K/BB...

Positions are listed in categories (MI, CI, etc)...My team for today is usually what i play...

C- J Posada
CI- P Konerko, P Fielder, J Lugo
MI- F Lopez, R Aurilia (Play him lately cos barfield has been cold but got him as a fill in over the entire infield)
OF- A Soriano, B Abreu, J Dye, Carlos Lee
Util- S Podsednik
BN- J Barfield

SP- B Arroyo, T Lilly, J Westbrook
RP- C Ray, T Jones
P- G Miche, C Meredith, J Patterson
DL- F Garcia, J Johnson, Cliff Lee


Talking to a mate in my league he seems to think my offense has a little too much speed that i could possibly try and trade some for a high quality starter....Have been getting very frustrated at my lack of wins (...What do all of you think?
