I love the audio package. $15 instead of $120 and I usually like doing other stuff on my computer while listening to the game so the lack of video is fine. And the best part is no blackouts. ;-D

I love mlb.tv. 700k is wonderful quality. I've never had any customer service issues, because everything has worked perfectly for me. ;-D

I had it last year. Wasn't a big fan. It really wasn't that smooth. Plus they still have all the blackouts. Not worth it IMO.

Ah, weird. Last season I sent e-mails to them, and got responses quick, but those responses were of the "sorry, you must do this over the phone" nature. Maybe it was the nature of my inquiries. Who knows.

cobbs, this year's picture is 2x as good as last year's.

Mosaic stinks - at least version 1.0 - BUT... there's a blog attached to it that you can post problems, and it seems to have a quick response time.

Ditto blackouts - no good for the weekends.

I'm going to try the S-video cable to flat screen - good idea. In week one, the Cle/WSx game was channeled in the wide screen format - damn good picture. If that becomes the norm - and I don't doubt it will in a season or two, this will be a very nice product.

Did the price go down deeper into the season? I am considering purchasing it, but the price is still $119, same as opening day. Was there a point last season where the price adjusted?

I bought the "Premium Package"

Its good because of the 700K screen which I adapt to my 37" widescreen pretty well using VLC Media Player to widescreen it.

However, Mosaic is terrible. Just terrible.

It will be dumped after this season anyways so they have no reason to keep it up to date or functional.
