I am so dissapointed with this service. I am kind of regretting paying for it this year. All the Blackout rules are totally BS, now this year all saturday games before 7PM are all blacked out. Now the same FOX rule applied last year, but it didnt happen to like June. Also Sunday Night after 5PM gets blacked out also.

So now, when I should be able to watch the games, I log on and it won't let me watch the games. It keeps telling me to pay the extra 30 to get 700K which I have no reason to do. I click on every 400K link and I still get this Is anyone else experiencing a similar problem or is it just me? I would call them but I don't have the patience to be put on hold for a half hour.

To be honest with you, the reason I didn't buy again this year was their phone service. Like you said -- being on hold for a half hour, maybe more, is the norm at virtually all times of day.

The only way you can cancel your subscription is by phone, I'm pretty sure. Last year when I wanted to cancel, it was an entire effort to do so.

this is really getting on my nerves. I continue to get the same message. Even when I click on the radio link I still get it.

This is really unfortunate. For what it's worth, everything is working fine for me. Sucks the customer service is so shoddy.

exactly, email them and the turn around is lightning fast. I accidentally purchased an NLCS service last season and they responded and refunded me within the next few days.

As far as this season s concerned, I have no complaints. I even got an in area D-Ray game yesterday(Saturday). And, was able to view the Philly and Mets game on Saturday when the FOX blackout was suppose to be in effect. I purchased the 700K package. So, this may be your problem. The 700K package is working fine on this end. No complaints here.

I am using the free 5 day preview right now and I got to watch every single game yesterday besides the brewer game. (local blackout) I still dont plan on using past the free trial though.

The 700k works great.

I hooked laptop up to HD wide screen with an s-video cable. The picture is surprizingly good...
