With Reed Johnson being out, I think Rios will keep this job for the time being. Obviously I think we'll see an increase in runs, and I think they will start sending him more and we will see some more stolen bases from him.
"Oh, that Lankford and McGee, the trio of 'em. They're a one-man wrecking crew."
He is there only because Reed Johnson is hurt. Reeds back is bothering him and he could end up missing alot of time. So Rios will keep hitting there for a while atleast. It is going to be hard to push Rios back to 6th with the way he is hitting. He might end up hitting 2nd when Reed comes back, pushing Overbay to 6th, even though that'll put a string of 5 right bats together to start the order.
If Rios plays alot of time there he could reach 20 SBs, and 100 R.

Please, for my sake and the Blue Jays sake, keep Rios at leadoff. He's ripping it up.
Reed Johnson is a prototype leadoff hitter, he has to stay at the leadoff spot as long as he's healthy.
Rios has a hit in every game this year regardless where he's hitting. I actually think he'd be good in the #2 spot on a more regular basis; use him at #2/Overbay at #6 when facing lefties, and keep Overbay #2/Rios #6 against righties. Just my opinion, though.
You've got a diamond, You've got nine men You've got a hat and a bat, And that's not all..
