Jeez, you have a ridiculous team. How many players in your league, 8?

Francoeur should not be on the bench in any case. Package him with one of your pitchers (smoltz?) for a closer, I'm a big fan of many closers and 2 isnt enough for regular 5x5 format. Otherwise, you have pretty solid everything else. GL.

8 Team points league with the guys I work with.

Possibly can trade Schilling for Hoffman and Francouer for Hanley Ramierez.

Definitely do Francouer for Hanley, Hanley is an effing stud.
I'd also do the Schilling for Hoffman trade too, just because of needs and you already have strong pitching. But I'd get a 2nd opinion first.
