Advice on Team Adjustments....WHIR

I am looking for some general advice regarding keeping or getting rid of players. My team is as follows

C: R. Martin
1B: Ortiz, Helton
2B: B. Roberts
3B: Tracy, Iwamura
SS: H. Ramirez
OF: Crawford, Abreu, Damon, Dunn, Drew
DL: Figgins

SP: Schilling, Schmidt, Bedard, S. Olsen, Millwood, Micah Owings
RP: Saito, Putz, Torres

Some available players include
Ty Wigginton
Ian Kinsler
Aaron Hill
Mike Jacobs
Adrian Gonzalez

Kip Wells
Nate Robertson
Joakim Soria

Would you recommend making any moves. I was really high on Kinsler before the season and actually drafted him but ended up having to drop him to get Figgins when he was dropped, and I wouldn’t mind having a hot 2B while Roberts is underperforming. Let me know if you would make any moves and post a link and I will help in return.
