Is this the year his age finally catches up with him and causes him to be a middle of the road fantasy outfielder??? Or is he still an elite 290 30 100 option?

My guess is he's still fairly elite. The ballpark's not great for rightie power, if I remember correctly, But Sheff's still a run producer of the best caliber.

I agree. His swing still looks wicked, which should dispel any possibility of last year's wrist injury. If I recall, there were also a lot of questions about his age in 2005 when he started off slowly, and I'm sure you remember how that year turned out. I'm not nervous about him in the least...
