My Email wrote:Hercules was recently awarded the honourable distinction of World's Biggest Dog by Guinness World Records. Hercules is an English Mastiff and has a 38 inch neck and weighs 282 pounds.
With "paws the size of softballs" (reports the Boston Herald), the three-year-old monster is far larger and heavier than his breed's standard 200lb. limit. Hercules' owner Mr. Flynn says that Hercules' weight is natural and not induced by a bizarre diet: "I fed him normal food and he just grew".... and grew... and grew... and grew.
anyone confirm that this is real or photoshopped? Thats crazy..... I've got a 6 and half month old Great Dane and I thought he was getting big, lol WOW if thats real!
Origins: We started receiving the above-displayed photograph (of a woman and a man leading a horse and a large dog through a park-like area), without any accompanying explanation, in March 2007. A few weeks later, someone added the following text (apparently taken from an eBay Guides article) to the circulating version of the photograph: [see Pimpin's post]
The information is accurate, but doesn't have any connection to the dog shown in the photograph displayed above, which appears to be a Neopolitan Mastiff (rather than an English Mastiff) that has been digitally inserted into the image.
I don't care if it's real or not, it still trips me out!
No, I hear ya. When I saw that my jaw hit the ground. But then got to looking at it and figured that dog would be closer to 450lbs than 280....... That and about 98% of all crazy animal pictures online are hoaxes!
Glad to see that was fake. Imagine running into that dog in a dark alley.
Yes doctor, I am sick. Sick of those who are spineless. Sick of those who feel self-entitled. Sick of those who are hypocrites. Yes doctor, an army is forming. Yes doctor, there will be a war. Yes doctor, there will be blood.....
