How does my improved team look? WHIR

3B: Alex Gordon (Trade bait after Ortiz trade)

P: Curt Schilling
P: Adam Wainright

Just traded for Pujols, giving me 3 top-5 players for H2H . Any team ratings or advice would be greatly appreciated!

I like the way your team looks. You really don't have too many holes. I would try and improve your first basemen even though gonzalez is a steady option. I don't understand why you want to get rid of pitching for a stud outfielder. You have Berkman, Ramirez, and Delmon Young.

If anything try and get one more closer. However your pitching is very good and I would not get rid of Hamels now as he has a lot of potential. Trading him now would probably not get you as much value as in a month or two. Thanks for the help.

Your OF is set. Do not change it. Actually, I love your team. Great job. I would suggest you add another closer via trade if possible. Gordon when he heats up would be a guy you could trade for a closer.

Solid team, I would agree with a few opinions above.

Package some players, maybe Sexson, Gordon, or Gonzalez for an upgrade at 1st and a RP.

Who's on the WW for 1B/RP... maybe some diamonds in the rough.

Sexson is always good trade material after he heats up because when he does he usually does it for a couple of weeks. Those desperate for power will forget that when he slumps...he slumps for a while.

Just made a great deal where I gave up Hamels+Halladay+Gonzalez for Pujols+Zito+LaRoche. I'll drop LaRoche for Snell as soon as the deal goes through.

Great job, not everyday you see Manny, A-rod, Ortiz, and Pujols on the same team.

Only suggestion I could offer is maybe trading some of your SP excess for a closer, otherwise you look good.
