its opening midseason 2009?? or at the start?? and r they knocking the Metrodome down,.....

It's opening 2010 and I doubt they'll knock the Metrodome down before the Vikings get a new stadum. I imagine a lot of people would be pretty upset (myself included) if they left the Vikings stranded.

I really like the design. It's got a bit more modern, contemporary look, like the 70's stadiums, without all the junk that made us hate the 70's stadiums.

Also the Twins played outdoors prior to 1982 and were just fine. One lousy Spring, and people quickly forget that this weather is not the norm.
