I am pretty sure he is the same guy "stejay" and 'stejaycubs". Just a different name since the first one got banned.

If I had to guess I would say that I think its the same guy also....But I could be wrong...If the first user is banned I have no problem with someone else using the sig. I am glad someone likes it.
