30 team contracts dyasnty roto 5x5, cant decide on this trade!!

I get:
Ryan Shealy 3rd $1 (arbitration contracts, shealy has 3 years left)

I give:
Ryan Freel $2 6th (last year in his contract)
Todd Linden OF 2nd .5 (4 years left)


I am rebuilding basically, so freel is no good to me. But on the other hand I feel I could get more for Freel. Any thoughts appreciated. thanks in advance

Shealy should be more then solid in a 30 team league for the next 3 years. Take the deal.

I definitely take that deal for Shealy. You're not really losing anything of much value and you're getting a guy in Shealy who, while not great, should be a pretty solid contributor

I see nothing wrong with this trade if you can live without Freel's speed and multi position eligibility.
