First things first.
Go to your in game Yahoo settings and lock it from commish control. You do not want him dabbling around in your roster during the season. Then bench all your players, except for two.
(A) Keep your best closer, the one most likely to post the best ERA and WHIP,
(B) your best hitter for Batting Average. Power does not matter here. put in Ichiro or say, Freddy Sanchez.
Bench everybody and put just those two in. Theoretically you should win ERA, WHIP and BA, and it should stop him from posting a perfect score.

One more thing.
If your lonely hitter and closer starts the week well, like 2/3 and 0.00 ERA 1.00 WHIP, you bench them immediately. Unless your league uses the Min Innings Pitched option
