I'm looking to move my ESPN league to a service that will allow me to manually input lineups so I can accrue stats retroactive to Opening Day. It would also need to be fully customizable (with daily transactions. CBS Sportsline won't work.)
Anyone know if one exists?

Old, reliable Yahoo Fantasy Baseball.

are you sure I could retro stats back to Opening Day in Yahoo? By that I mean enter specific daily lineups for each team for every day up until today.

I'm not sure if you can "enter specific daily lineups", but know that when you're setting up a league on Yahoo, retroactive scoring is an option.

can the commissioner make adjustments to lineups from previous days, thereby changing active stats for that team?

I honestly couldn't tell you.
You could either just give it a shot, contact Yahoo with your question, or wait here for someone with a more specific answer. There are a couple of Yahoo Fantasy Baseball employees who post here...maybe one of them will stumble across this and be able to help.

This is accurate. My best description of what we support/allow can be found here:

It isn't the optimal solution for the situation at hand, but hopefully at least it is clear, so you can make an informed decision.
