If a pitcher hits someone by the pitch, does it go against his WHIP?

I meant Jose (Guillen) anyways but the HBP counts against your whip.

No, it doesn't. WHIP is just what it stands for - (Walks + Hits) per Inning Pitched. HBP is not included.

It does count in OBP for the batter, though.
