Is there a split stat out there for game(s) after an HR? Example, Dye hit a jack today, in 2006 Dye hit .295 the game after an HR.

Not that I know of. It would be easy enough to calculate for an individual player if you were only interested in certain players. Grab the game log for the player from MLB.com.
