Searching for Prospects

I understand that it's a crap shoot when it comes to determining which minor league players are going to turn into above average pros. Out of the following list, who has the most potential and upside:

Ryan Tucker
Edinson Volzquez
Chris Marrero
Jamie Garcia
Brian Barton
Gorkys Hernandez
Pedro Beato
Shane Lindsay
Colin Balester

Personally, I like Beato and Marrero. Both have big upside and are good players.

Chris Marrero stands out he has plus plus power potential could be washingtons future cleanup hitter.

Pedro Beato has good upside.

Not much upside in Brian Barton but will be decent.

Gorkys Hernandez is intriguing but I wish he wasnt in detroit.

Ryan Tucker has #2 starter potential, but needs to be more refined with his third pitch. He might be moved to bullpen.
