He needs to prove he can stay healthy first. The guy hasn't pitched in two year, and there is no way of knowing exactly how he'll perform once he returns. It's highly unlikely he'll bounce back to be the dominant closer he once was, but he's a sleeper for saves at least.
Doubtful though that he'll make it through the season without injury.
