Giambis wrote:He's definitely a good prospect, but is very young, so expect some ups and down. He's capable of a .300 average, but I'm projectinh him only for about 20 homeruns and 15 steals (at least until he learns how to run on some of the guys here, he has been thrown out by a mile on his attempts).
Still concerned about his walks, he won't get many, but unless you play in an ops/obp league, that won't affect him too much. And the runs and rbis are tough to project, because I keep hoping the D-Rays move him up in the lineup.

I saw both steal attempts against the Yankees. His problem was his sliding. He seemed to not even make it all the way to the bag when he slid. He also doesn't have a great first step.

This kid is going to be an amazing player. He has all the tools in the world in order to become a great player, he just has to incorporate his skill set into the MLB. So far he has looked very good, and I expect to see much of the same for a long time coming.

I agree 100%
The thing I feel people overrate about Young is his ability to steal bases. 15-20 in a prime year sounds about right.
Even though it seems most of the great players in history have been able to steal bases plus knock in tons of home runs.
