It strikes me that your team has a lot of old people. It's not a bad thing, just an observation.
Hope that Durham steals again. His sabermetrics haven't changed that much, which is a good sign.
But.. you really need some starters. 7 batters and 3 pitchers. I happen to dislike Ortiz and Millwood quite a lot. But that doesn't matter.
Once you're done with that, get another solid closer.

As of right now Guardado is setting up for Sasaki. I'd grab a closer or two.

I would be suprised if after April Sasaki is still the closer. Eventually the closer will be Guardado. Either way you still need to pick up a reliever

Last article I read about it said that Guardado was just fine setting up for Sasaki this year, and then would move into the closer role in '05.

We'll see what happens, but getting a closer with a guaranteed job would be a smart move right now. ;-)

I'd go after some pitchers and fill that 3B spot with Joe Crede.

Good luck ;-D

Defianetly get some more sp as soon as you can and if you can another decent 2nd baseman left you might want to think about grabbing 1. Durham has not performed very well the last couple of years.

If Aaron Boone is still around, consider him. You'll want some speed, but also, his 2B/3B eligibility will close your 3B hole while providing security for Durham.

i would also be looking a backup first baseman also... nevin does not have the best of luck with playing 150+ games a year...and definitely some more pitching... but i do like your outfield though very solid in run production categories...
