Looked real good tonight. Glad to see he was the 5 starter. He had a long lay off and responded i think very well. Showed some rust, but overall one of the better performances by a starter this year.
Can anyone tell me why Chad is still in Durham? Camp is a torture to watch.
The Braves paid a big price to solidify MR (LaRoche for Gonzalez). Maybe it's time we did the same. Not good for the psyche of a young pitcher to see a quality start go down the drain time and again.

I have no idea. Camp and Lugo both suck out loud. They need to be gone and we need to call up Chad and Howell to be in the pen
Orvella is struggling mightily right now at Durham. Don't you guys get your hopes up that we see him at any time.
As far as Ejax, I was tickled with the way he pitched yesterday. His control was a bit off, but with more regular work, I think he can fine tune that and become a solid #3 or #4 pitcher for us.

I wonder how much of Chads struggles right now are due to that feeling like he busted his butt and got nothing and maybe he isn't focused
He is struggling with control badly. I know he is upset about not being in the bigs, but he needs to suck it up if he wants to see Tampa this year. No need being in Durham crying. If he does his job like he is capable, he will be seen in Tampa soon.
