Well, I like the idea of the draft at the end of the MLB draft. That's an interesting twist. I always pick one or two college players in my deep keeper fantasy draft, and then keep them if they're sign by NL-teams. That's how I got Rickie Weeks last year.
The guys I'd take are:
C-Matt Lecroy
1B-Choi
2B-Utley
Kurt Ainsworth
Kris Benson
Orlando Hernandez
I'm not really impressed with your team, at this time. Right now, you seem to only have one Top20 player (Prior), and everyone else seems to start around the Top60 range and work down. Therefore, I bet there's at least 10 teams in your keeper league that have three or more keepers in the Top60. I'd expect them to win. I'd see you finishing between 10-15 in your league.

First Choice would be Pena, depending on where he lands.

Pitchers:

First choice Jeff Weaver.
