Is there any fun at all in ESPN leagues? I am in a standard 5x5, 10 team league and I am absolutely owning people right now.

Here is my team

C: McCann
1B: Lee
2B: Kinsler
3B: Atkins
SS: Rollins
OF: Guerrero
OF: Crawford
OF: DYoung
Util: CJones
Be: Teahen
Be: LaRoche

SP: Hernandez, Hill, Young, Harden, Myers, Weaver
RP: Wagner, Nathan, FCordero, Broxton

In the past two days someone has dropped Dye for Byrnes, Mussina for Greinke, Schilling for Lilly, and Sheffield for Wells.

I also have a claim out for Figgins.

I want to pick up Sheffield and Dye at least, but the question is:

Are these leagues any fun? I could do a expansion draft (LoL) and end up with a more solid team then half of the guys.

Just like anywhere else..... Yahoo, ESPN, CBS.... if you join public leagues you "generally" won't have many competitive and/or knowledgable owners in the league. You now have learned, even if you win this league, its kind of a waste of time and not very fun!
