Hello cafe, I recently completed a Sexson,Hill,and Maine for Ryan Howard deal - so how is my resulting team?

The 3 young arms I picked up all started off the season well enough and are just around to see if they can do it again - all have some promise. Im also planning to stash J.Johnson on the DL when Gagne gets off and frees the spot up.

Your team looks very good. You've some good arms stashed, but keep an eye on Mike Pelfrey and Matt Garza if available.

I like the team.

I really do.

I always hate having too many guys from the same team though and you've got 3 Cubs hitting.

It seems minor, but its a superstition I've got. Too many guys on one team = bad omen.

Take that for what its worth.

Well Barrett is a bench guy at the moment who fills in when the Yanks go to their back up catcher. I could probally move him for a good return as Barrett is a nice offensive catcher. I have the parts and pieces to throw together another deal in my mind, those pieces being Barrett and a closer (As I have 4)

Once figgins comes back you will have good speed to go along with your good power. You team looks strong with all of your closers and you have a good first 5 pitchers. I think you should get a reliable veteran to have after Glavine because those 3 young guys are unpredictable.

The team looks pretty good. No real weaknesses on it. Maybe try and aquire some speed. But you seem to be alright there as well. Barring any major injury you will have a pretty good year.

I like the team a lot... I don't even know if I'd want to tinker with it... You could drop Julio and try to snatch up Wheeler if he's still around.

The only thing I could really suggest is trying to acquire a nice OFer, with that being your only weakspot for hitters. Or maybe trying to add another starter.

pretty solid looking team. luv the trade for howard especially in a keeper. I would definitley look to upgrade at OF. if you can get some return for Barrett I would make a deal. im not too sure if I like the 3 young arm stashs though. it says that you are only able to keep 8 so u may not even keep any one of them arms. maybe only stash one and then pick up some guys to help you out this year.

Thanks for the advice Cafe, do you think I could trade off some pieces like Jones or Julio, Barrett, and Crisp to acquire a nice speed source or a better OF? And who?
