Retractable roofs or not, baseball should schedule the first week or two of the season so the games are played in warm-weather cities or domes.

Jeez I tied rbis lost hrs by 1 lost wins by 1 lost BA by .002 .Think having Sabbathia, Hafner and Beltre might have made a difference lol?

Seriously though, they need to think about these things when doing the schedules. I understand everyone needs to play at home fairly quickly and what not, but scheduling a team's only trip of the season to a cold-weather city in the first week is just stupid. At least consider the possibility that there will be some problems and games may have to be made up at some point. :-t
