Newbie - Need Some Advice

Hello all.....I am in a Yahoo League and am struggling with my offense. My Pitching is doing really well, but I need some advice on who to keep and who to pick up.

There are a few other potential players out there for me to pick up, but these are the players I am currently watching. I am really thinking along the lines of Matsui, Iwamura, and Young.

I struggled in almost every offensive category last week. I may need to compromise pitching for hitting a little as well. My pitching was basically how I even had 8 points. Please give any advice or suggestions. I lost 8-19 lost week.....Not very good at all.

How many people are in your league? 20? your WW is really picked over. dmitri young plays in a terrible hitters park for a terrible team. forget about him. i'm watching kaz matsui b/c i'm not convinced he can keep this up, but he is right now a better option than ellis at 2B. iwamura . . . again, i'm not sold on him.

ok, your pitching isn't bad. if weaver comes back healthy, you have a solid top 3.

you only have one closer. the bad news: you won't ever win saves. the good news: krod is one of the best and has a lot of trade value.

with the number of categories being counted here, i think your best approach may be to punt saves entirely and trade krod for a stud offensive player. maybe a package deal with someone like boof bonser for a true 4-5 tool hitter.

p.s. i'm a yankees fan, but think wang is a pretty ho-hum fantasy option. outside of wins, he gives you nothing special. i know he's hurt, but if you can find someone interested, i'd move him.
