This is a TWENTY TEAM keeper league that just started last year....We get to keep 9 players at the end of each season....Obviously this is a very deep league, since 180 players are kept on rosters from year to year (20 teams x 9 players).....Anyways, here's my guys:

1B Teixeira
3B Glaus
OF Kearns
OF S. Green
OF M. Cabrera
SP Oswalt
SP Mulder
SP Odalis Perez
SP Wade Miller

What do you think? And who do you think I should target with my first few picks of the draft? A 2B? A SS? A Catcher? A closer? Any guys specifically?

I would be very comfortable with the starting pitching you have although you may want to consider letting Odalis Perez go if he doesn't get traded.

You definitely need to look at SS first if there is a strong player available.

I actually am a fan of Odalis....If you remove two game where he absolutely imploded (in Colorado and Houston) his era is 3.75 and his whip is below 1.20. I am gonna give him a long look and hope he returns to numbers similar to those of 2002 (unless I can trade him for a middle infielder somehow).

As far as SS's go, there's not a lot on the table in the draft.....The best option, Kaz Matsui, will be probably be gone before my pick, so that leaves guys like: Jimmy Rollins, Rich Aurilia, David Eckstein, Khalil Greene, Bobby Crosby, Alex Cintron, Desi Relaford, Chris Woodward, Jose Hernandez, etc.

I was planning on trying to get Greene or Crosby in a later round, but Rollins and Aurilia are intriguing picks that I am looking into.....

i'm a fan of Odalis. He's got tons of talent and is still pretty young.

I agree that Odalis has talent, but he will have even less run support this year and will struggle to win games. If he gets traded, I will seriously consider him for my team next year.

I think Rollins will rebound this year and may be your best short-term replacement. In the long-term I am a huge Cintron fan.
