Agreed, this may be the end of Cory Lidle. Did they hire him as a pitching coach? That's what they could really use. They could also use a decent manager, some better hitters, a better rotation, some strong middle releif and a closer. Man, who would want to go to that sorry team. BRING BACK MARGE SHOTT!!!!!!

Two weeks ago she was back on the dan patrick show on the radio talking to Dibble. Of all the wierd people in the world, why do Marge Shott and Rob (Ron, Rex) Dibble get along so well. A quick comment on Dibble: I was drinking beer and watching football at a sports bar in Kansas City last week. I struck up conversation with Harry Carey's Stepson, who played minor league ball in the early and Mid 80s. He faced Doc Gooden, Clemens, and many other flamethrowers that would eventually find stardom. I asked him who was the hardest thrower he ever faced. He did not even pause when he responded "Rob Dibble" I'm no Reds fan, but I miss The Nasty Boys.
Lidle is no nasty boy, and he has given me no reason to beleive he'll do anything with any team. He's burned me a couple of time in fantasy, coming off a couple of good starts and blowing out for eight runs in three innings, or something like that.
Another Question: I haven't seen him in awhile, but does Danny Graves still have that Turbo Mullet?

England's Worcester Canoe Club set the world record for paddling a hand-propelled bathtub. The 25 man team covered a distance of 55 miles, 425 yards in 24 hours on September 28 and 29, 1979.
nice pickup by my Reds...I could care less about his fantasy value, he had none to begin with, IMO
He will become the Reds #2 pitcher, and now they need another quality arm. They will still be one of the worst teams in the NL, but you never know. Griffey, Kearns, Dunn, etc were all hurt last year. If they can stay healthy, they could possibly stay just a little under .500
