made this for a request but i cant resize to cafe limits!

here it is! (keep in mind i'm a beginner so please criticize me on anything i screwed up on! and i tried adding a border but it wouldnt let me )

I'm just learning alot of this stuff myself so I wouldn't criticize...

In order to get a border when you are done with the sig.... make a new layer.then press control-A that will select all. then go to edit and down to stroke.
Then I put in a 2 pixel white..you have to set it to inside or it won't show.

After I do that I always make a new layer and control a again....edit-stroke...but this time I make it a 1 pix black(or whatever color you think will look good...set it to inside also...done!!

I had a real hard time getting that down because I kept putting the black layer to outside and I couldnt see it.....


To resize....when you save the sig back to your computer go to File....and then instead of save as go down farther to save for web...A big box will popup with your sig showing...in the left hand corner it will show how many kb the sig is at...In order to change it ..on the right hand side there is a box that says quality...click the arrow beside that and you can lower it until your sig is under 12k...If you are saving the sig at imageshack you can save it at about 11.8 kb and if you are saving at photobucket it needs to be a bit smaller...about 10.9 or so.

can someone resize this sig? i tried resizing it and following the steps and it was all blurry and looked horrible.
