Anyone know of any sites that are Mock Drafts only for baseball? I'm looking for something similar to what AntSports does for Football.

there are H2H points leagues in baseball? I thought that was only football

Yep, just like football. A single is one point, double is 2, etc...For pitching, strikeouts are a point, wins are 10, etc...I like it better than roto. :-b

I would be interested in a points format mock. I also like the points format over H2H.

the h2h points format includes 2 games a week.one from monday-thursday and the other from friday-sunday.it is played on sandboxplus but maybe other sites too.

nuclear and tater,are either of you guys from sandbox?

We do have mock drafts here. :-)

If you can get enough owners to hold a mock, a forum can be arranged for you to hold it in. ;-)

yes..this site is great for holding a Mock draft if the person holding it keeps the slackers in line.

I join a points league in Sandbox each year, in which the points per game average is provided. This really helps with trade evaluation. Sandbox finally got its act together last year, so it turned out well. I also do a H2H 5x5 league in Yahoo. I enjoy both, but I have to admit that the points league appeals to me the most. You get more credit for having well-rounded players. Plus, you don't get hurt in the steals category if your OF consists of HR/RBI types. :-)

No, I don't play at Sandbox and have not yet found any Mocks for Points Leagues. I play a few leagues at Sportsline with friends and co-workers and I'll play a roto league at Yahoo. Our format is H2H and points accumulate throughout the week. 1 scoring period per week. It is remarkably similar to football. I'll keep my eyes open for one to pop up around here. Thanks guys. This is truly the best baseball site around. ;-D
