ESPN League with standard scoring, 10 teams, non-keeper roto

Here's my roster:

Here's some trades I offered:

Thomas for Myers
Konerko+Thomas for David Wright
McCann+Hawpe for Lugo+Barrett+Rich Hill
Konerko+Hawpe for ARam+M.Giles
Pujols for Sizemore+Sheets
Konerko for Zambrano

What other trades could I offer to make my team godly? I cancelled the McCann trade (still a possibility) and I dropped Cantu for Broxton. (10th on waivers though)

I rate catchers really low, by the way. When people draft Mauer or VMart in the first 2 rounds I go %-6 . I got McCann in round 8, ahead of players I'd rather have like Sheff and Kazmir. Or should I stay put with McCann?

It was autopick, I don't wanna hear anything about drafting Cantu. %-6 :-/ :-[

WHIR as always, perfect WHIRring record to date.

of the trades you had up there, the mccann/hawpe for lugo/hill/barrett is the only one i like for your team. losing pujols would be too many HR to give up.. i would probably look to deal pierre or cpat though for a 2b. with a 10 team league, you could package pierre and mccan for a more offensive OF and a pitcher then grab someone off waivers for catchers as there should be someone out there unless a team is hording catchers or something.

You obviously need to upgrade at 2nd base. If there is nobody on the wire then the McCann+Hawpe for Lugo+Barrett+Rich Hill really makes sense for you. Downgrade a little at catcher but upgrade big at 2nd base and pick up a solid starter.
Finally The Rock has come back....to New York City!!

I'm not planning to trade Konerko and Pujols, obviously. I'm keeping one.

Try and get Ian Kinsler or Kendrick for cheap, or even Barfield and immediatley drop Cantu, hes not even in the MLB right now.

konerko/thomas for david wright is giving up way too many homeruns wright only had around 25 last year

i do like the mcan and hawpe trade i think your getting by far the better deal... and the pujols trade might be a possibility but i would try and getting a pitcher thats more solid than sheets. remember last year he was average at best..

i like the two trades involving hawpe the most, the one where you upgrade at 2nd the most.

the best trades you got going so far is McCann and Hawpe, i would also condisder trading tomas and smoltz for a closer and another player
