Hey this is my first year doing Fantasy baseball, how did I do in the draft? What position(s) do I need to target?

C - Barrett
1B - Delgado
2B - Lugo
3B - Glaus
SS - Jeter
OF - Sheffield, Crawford, Bay
Util - Derek Lee, Cuddyer

SP - Johan, Zambrano, Smoltz, Lackey, Penny, Lowe, Hamels, Pettite
RP - Wickman, Saito, Dempster
DL - Wood

That looks like a pretty solid lineup, especially if derrek lee come back to form.

First thing I would do is drop Kerry Wood.

SP's rock, you might be able to deal one of them for a top closer or some power.

Good team. I say try to trade one of your pitchers for a top notch closer (since you have a lot of them and need some RP help). All three guys you have are possible questions marks. Wickman with having Soriano and Gonzalez right behind him, with Broxton having filthy stuff, and Dempster just plain sucks. For an 8 team league I don't like Lugo as your starting 2B. Try to sell high on Cuddyer's nice year last year and package it up with something else to get you a solid player there.

yeah go get urself another closer for sure, all three of those guys are inconsistent/hurt

kerry wood needs to be dropped right away, no matter who ur getting

and look for another 2nd baseman, in an 8 teamer you can probably find someone decent off the WW or in a trade

also sheff is oft injured try and look into that
