Do I need to make ne changes ne where...is there ne one I can afford to lose... do i need a better 3b...NE SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE GREAT

hmm, 12 team leagues are a little tougher...I wouldn't say that 3B is your biggest weakness...Beltre should be adequate....I would look to make 5 OFs into a more solid 3 if you can.....

with twelve beltre should be fine honestly. I think you should get a quality outfielder perhaps packaging francouer and giles for a quality starter.

Like the other reviewers, I don't think your 3B is a big concern. For a 12 team league you have some nice pics with a really good infield. 2B and C are always positions of concern, but at least you've got one of these nailed solid. Hudson's not bad, but other 2nd tier second basemen I'd take over him are: Kinsler, Catillo, & Weeks.
I agree that you'd be much better served with 4 really good outfielders than your current 5. Because my Spidy-sense tells me Young is on the verge of something big, I'd definately hang onto him. If you could swap both Granderson and Bradley for someone like a Carlos Lee, Torii Hunter, or Adam Dunn - I'd do it.

If I could propose your ideal trade, it would be:

Hudson, Granderson, & Bradley for: (Kinsler, Castillo, Weeks, or Durham) plus (Carlos Lee, Hunter, A. Jones, or Dunn) plus a 3rd tier SP like Francis, Duke, or Il Duque
