I just don't care to draft a first round guy that won't hit 35 or more homeruns. I don't care how fast he is.

... that's eight. You telling me he's not good value at least there? :-?

i've already done this once but here goes:

A-rod
Vlad
Soriano
Pujols
Prior
Pedro
Delgado
Bonds
Halladay
Giambi
Sosa
Vazquez

I added bonds and eliminated RJ but either would suffice to me.

Interesting; I disagree, but that's certainly interesting. I'd draft Schilling over Halladay and Vazquez, and Manny over Delgado, Giambi and Sosa.

But, overall, I see where you're going with this. Steals can be had cheaply in the later rounds--if not Pierre in the fourth or so, you've got Crawford, Baldelli, Pods and Roberts--all of which can be had late.

Cheap homeruns are much, much harder to find. :-D

You could plug Schilling and Manny anywhere in there and i'd take them over Beltran too
