Curious to hear some opinions on this guy. He's batting in the no.4 spot behind Ramirez, Uggla, and MCab. Any predictions on his potential #'s

I know he struggled against lefties last year, but he did hit one out Wednesday on a lefty. I don't know if he sits vs tough lefties or what the situation is there in Florida, but if he ever figures out how to hit lefties he's good for 30 + bombs and has 100 rbi written all him!! For this year, I think 25 HR's with about 85 RBI's sounds about right.

I think he has a good breakout year. 28-34 home runs 85-110 RBI.

not a huge mike jacobs fan,
i think he's fine for a backup 1st baseman, maybe a util bench guy.
play him vs righties when you need,
but i wouldn't want the guy as a starter.
don't see him becoming anything special.

thought id give this a bump given jacobs hot start...
anymore projections? i'm thinking he could hit .280 with 30 hrs and 100 rbi.

Contemplating dropping Nomar for him in my league. Am I panicking too soon?
