Joe Crede has never bat over .283 in a full season, has a career avg of .262, has hit 30 HR exactly once, and has never drove in more than 94 runs, with his second most in a season being 75. Not sure he qualifies for the .300-30-100 tag.
Maybe he isn't a .300 guy yet, but he has that potential. But he is great because he is a 30-100 guy, more than anything. No, he doesn't have those numbers yet, but he is still getting alot better each year.
