Just a quick question... did anyone have Scott Hairston on their fantasy roster???

In any case, I was concerned about this if only because I saw it happen. He rolled around on the ground like a soccer player after this happened, like it was a compound fracture. Turns out it was just a bruise.

Poor baby can go play for DC United.

No you're definitely right... he should have just stood there un-phased and pounded on chest. I'm sure that's what you'd have done. It definitely doesn't hurt following a ball hard off your knee in the cold. Also, managers with decent foresight in deep leagues do own him. He opened the season hitting 5th or 6th in the D'Back's lineup, raked in the spring, and raked in AAA last year... all reasons for riding a hot hand.
